What a night costs, and what comes on top.

Starting prices per night for both apartments and the camper pitch, plus final cleaning, tourist tax and dogs. And the answers to the most common questions.

Prices per night

All prices are per night and are starting prices. In summer the +Card Holiday comes with your stay; what it covers is explained in the frequently asked questions below. The exact price for your dates is shown in the booking calendar.

What you actually pay in the end

On top of the nightly rate, you pay the final cleaning fee and the tourist tax, plus the dog fee if you bring a dog. There is no service fee and no booking fee.

In summer the +Card Holiday is included, which means many of the Nassfeld summer lifts and the lake beaches cost nothing extra.

€20.81 per person per night

Children under 17 pay no tourist tax. A dog costs €15 per stay. You'll see the exact price for your dates in the booking calendar.

What else is added, and why

    Once per stay. That way, all you need to do on departure day is pack your bags.

    Per person per night, from age 17. It goes to the municipality, not to us, and it's what keeps the region going.

    In the apartment per stay, up to two dogs. On the camper pitch, dogs stay free.

  • Electricity at the camper pitch€3.50

    Per night once you hook up. Water and Wi-Fi are already included on the pitch.

Quick answers

These are the questions guests ask us most often. Anything not covered here, we'll answer for you personally.

What's included in the price?
Everything the apartment comes with is included, and in summer so is the +Card Holiday. Final cleaning, the tourist tax and the dog fee (if you bring a dog) are charged separately; every amount is listed openly in the price table.
How does booking work?
Two ways, both equally good. Either you check availability directly in the booking calendar and book there, or you send us an enquiry by WhatsApp, phone or the form.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes. In the apartment a dog costs €15 per stay, and up to two dogs are welcome. On the camper pitch, dogs stay free.
What is the +Card Holiday and what does it save me?
In summer, the +Card Holiday comes with your stay. It's your card for the region: many of the Nassfeld summer mountain lifts and the lake beaches are included with it, in other words precisely the outings that would otherwise cost the most.
Is bed linen included?
In Apartment 2, bed linen is included. For Apartment 1, we'll give you a firm answer when you enquire.
How far is it to the ski area and the lake, and where do I park?
It's 3 km to Pressegger Lake, about 20 minutes by car to the Nassfeld valley station and around 15 minutes to Hermagor. You can park right at the accommodation.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. Wi-Fi is included in Apartment 1 and on the camper pitch. For Apartment 2, we'll let you know when you enquire.
Do you speak Dutch and English?
Yes. As a Dutch family in Carinthia, we're at home in German, Dutch and English. Ask us in whichever language comes easiest to you.
