From the Netherlandsto the Gailtal.
We're Christine and Arjen de Jong, a Dutch family, and we've found our home in the Gailtal. Now we're sharing it with you.

How we came to Nampolach
Arriving
Our move to the Gailtal
Home used to be the Netherlands, until at some point we knew for certain that this was where we wanted to be. In Egg bei Hermagor we found our home, among meadows, forest and mountains. What began as an idea became the place we wanted to stay.

Rebuilding
Everything from the ground up
We renovated both apartments from the ground up. On the meadow, four quiet pitches for motorhomes took shape, and since summer 2024 there's been a pool there too, plus a trampoline, swing and slide for our guests' children.

Hosting
Like visiting friends
Today we're hosts, whether it's for a few nights in your camper or a whole week's holiday in the apartment. What matters to us is that you feel less like a resort guest and more like you're visiting friends, with time for a quick question, a tip for the next day and the calm this place brings.

We've made the journey too
We moved here from the Netherlands ourselves, so we know what a long journey feels like, and how good it is to be welcomed in your own language. Whether it's questions about the journey or tips for the region, just ask us in English, German or Dutch.
Every extra cost is listed openly on the prices page. Four pitches and two apartments: we don't want any more than that. We answer questions ourselves; there's no reception.
Honest, even about the extra costs.
If we're not sure about something, we say so rather than guess, and we'll confirm it when you enquire. Every extra cost is listed openly on the prices page.
Small, by choice.
4 pitches, 2 holiday apartments. Deliberately small and quiet, with plenty of space between you and your neighbours.
We answer questions ourselves.
No reception, no resort. If you have a question you ask us directly, and during the day we usually reply within a few hours.
We look forward to meeting you.
